about theartpeutic
Theartpeutic began as a personal healing project — a quiet place where art became a way to breathe again.
During my own healing journey, art wasn’t just something I made.
It was something I leaned on.
A way to process, to slow down, to feel, to stay.
Over time, this space grew beyond me.
Theartpeutic exists to reach others who may be carrying their own heaviness — offering art not as perfection or performance, but as a gentle wander back to oneself.
Here, art is allowed to be messy, intuitive, and deeply human.
It’s a reminder that healing doesn’t always come through words — sometimes it arrives through color, paper, movement, and small acts of making.
Theartpeutic is a sanctuary for those who want to heal, explore, and reconnect through art — softly, honestly, and at their own pace.
the hands behind
Hello, I’m Sabrina — the hands, heart, and wandering mind behind Theartpeutic.
I’m an ADHD survivor with a lifelong pull toward creating.
I’ve always had many interests, but arts and crafts have been the thread running through everything — journaling, painting, collage, design, animation, building websites, and constantly trying new ways to make sense of the world through creativity.
My background is in architecture and interior design, where I learned to think spatially, structurally, and intentionally. But over time, I felt called back to my long-lost passion: making art with my hands and heart.
Theartpeutic is where all of those paths meet — structure and softness, discipline and play, design and feeling. It’s a space shaped by curiosity, care, and the belief that creativity can be both grounding and liberating.
I’m still wandering, still learning, still creating.
And this studio is an open invitation to wander alongside me.
Let’s Wander Together
