I built this for the creative wanderers — the ones who move through life with a messy mind, a tender heart, and a love for small beautiful things.
Each envelope is a pause in the rush. A reminder that you’re allowed to slow down, breathe, and return to yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I place an order?

To place an order, go to ArtPickles Mail club product page (click here), add to cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

for now, we only accept payment via bank transfer (bank central asia). we will add more payment methods soon for your convenience.

cut-off date & shipping

To receive the current month’s pack, orders must be placed and payments completed by the 15th of each month. Orders after this date will be fulfilled in the next month’s pack.

Shipping timelines:
For Indonesia, delivery typically 3-7 business days;

We aim to ship every pack on the last working day of each month.

Do you offer international shipping?

unfortunately, for the time being, we don’t offer international shipping. but we’re on a mission to make it possible by 2026. wish us luck!

What is your refund policy?

Refunds of payments already made (for packs already shipped or dispatched) are generally not available.

for Lost or Damaged Mail, Artpickles Club is not responsible for postal delays, loss, or damage during transit. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photo proof and we will do our best to send a replacement / bonus item.

can i return the mail?

unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, you can’t cancel it in any way.

can i track my order?

artpickles mail is sent via regular letter post (untracked) on the last working day of each month. If you live indonesia, letters generally arrive in major cities approximately 1-2 weeks. If you haven’t received your letter more than 2 weeks after the shipping date, please reach out via email theartpeutic@gmail.com

what is your privacy & data regulation?

We collect name, shipping address, email, and preferences (themes, likes/dislikes) to fulfill orders and improve packs.
We will not share your personal data with third-parties except for shipping carriers or legal requirements.
